Reigate Constituency Labour Party announce candidate selection for UK General Election on 4th July 2024
Reigate Constituency Labour Party are delighted to announce the selection of Stuart Brady as the Labour Party candidate for the 2024 General Election.
Stuart began his career as a professional rugby player and is now a sports barrister. Please see stuartbrady.com for more information.
Stuart is delighted to have been selected and stated:
“Reigate, Redhill and the villages have got so much to offer. As a family we love the sport we play in Chipstead, Banstead, and Woodmansterne. Being members of sports and community groups here, I would relish the chance to be Reigate’s MP so I can do everything to make sure that everyone, young and old gets the support they deserve when they need it.”
“Labour can win in Reigate. Independent polling from leading pollsters YouGov and Survation shows that Labour and the Conservatives are neck and neck here. Those polls show the other parties are very far behind in Reigate. This means that any voter wanting change here needs to vote Labour this time.”
“After the last fourteen years we know that it’s time that economic competence and good governance are put back at the centre of our country’s government. As a barrister, I am very keen to ensure that happens and that people start to see their mortgage rates come down as a result.
